We want to connect with EACH AND EVERY one of you in an easy and nonintrusive manner. Our plans include a new website, a Facebook group, a Twitter feed, a monthly newsletter, meetings for parents every other month at alternating times, mass text message and mass email systems, as well as many other exciting things. We want to share information with you and want to HEAR from you with your thoughts and ideas.
Your information is CONFIDENTIAL, will not be shared with anyone outside of our PTO board and will only be used for PTO business. Our board is so committed to this that we are each signing a confidentiality agreement to protect your information.
Please respond by Monday, May 18th as we want to have all of this information entered so we can therefore hit the ground running when the school year starts in August of this year. ALSO, we are planning to do some work on the campus over the summer and want to invite you to participate during those times. To do so, we will need your contact information.
Please complete this form for each child that attends Phoenix. For example, if you have three children attending, you would complete this form three times.
